Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering & Technology was established in 2002 under the aegis of Bhai Gurdas Technical Education Trust. Since its inception the institute has been imparting goal- oriented, quality - based and value-added education through state-of-the-art technical & non-technical resources at par with international standards. Placement

MEGA JOB FAIR-2010: 17 reputed National & Multinational Companies participated in the two-day ‘Mega Job Fair’, organized at BGIET Campus. About 2500 students from several prominent technical and professional institutes of Punjab and neighbouring states participated. The selected students were offered an attractive annual pay package of 1.5 to 4 lacs.out of the 324 short listed students 178 selected students were given offer letter on the spot while for the rest of the students offer letters will be sent with in a week. It is worth mention that out of which 105 students were from BGIET and BGIMT.
