Journey

The remarkable and glorious journey of B. S. Anangpuria Educational institutes that began a decade ago in 2001 under the aegis of Bhawani Shanker Anangpuria Charitable Trust and has carved four milestones of repute to spread everlasting light of education namely:

    B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Technology and Management.
    B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Pharmacy.
    B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Education.
    B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Law.

was the vision of Seth Om Prakash Gupta, a successful flourishing business man of Faridabad and founder Chairman of Bhawani Shanker Anangpuria Charitable Trust whose efforts brought riches to the family. Being a true eldest son of Hindu Undivided family he gives credit of this achievement to God and to the blessings of his elders. He with his philanthropic spirit established the Trust in 1992 in commemoration of his forebears, especially his father Lala Bhawani Prasad Gupta and his grandfather Lala Shanker Lal Gupta, born and brought up in Faridabad, with the objectives to support places of worship, charitable hospitals and to establish, built , maintain and manage Educational Institutes for the promotion of knowledge and research in arts, science, engineering, technology, management and all other fields of knowledge, irrespective of class, caste, colour and creed.

Committed to the mission and objectives, the Trust has been actively participating since a decade in supporting other organizations involved in the welfare activities purely for the social cause. Besides it is also helping the society at large in various ways viz., awarding scholarships to the meritorious students, fee concession to the needy, promoting deprived section of society, rehabilitate the victims, etc.

A firm believer in the philosophy of Bhagwat Geeta, Seth Om Prakash Gupta is deeply touched by the teaching of Bhagwan Krishan, who says:

With this delightful thought, strong vision, faith of trustees, good wishes of his family members, friends and blessings of his elders he took the Bhawani Shanker Anangpuria Charitable Trust boldly a step ahead and ultimately entered in the field of Education particularly at higher level and established the first milestone i.e. “B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Technology & Management “(B. S. A. I. T. M.) in the year 2001 for imparting instructions at Under- graduate level in the field of Engineering. In short span of time for its quality education the Institute earned good reputation as one of the leading Institutes of Haryana. Overwhelmed response from the students has made this journey more inspiring & challenging, so to meet the aspiration of the youth for quality education and keeping in view the demand of surrounding area and the global market, new professional courses at Post-graduation level such as M. C. A and M. B. A were introduced. Open-door policy of Management has created a cordial relation amongst the staff and the students and together we blossomed as Anangpuria family.

Dedicated and sincere efforts of Anangpuria family inspired the Trust to take a step ahead and finally in the year 2003 a new milestone was carved in the name and style of “B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Pharmacy“(B. S. A. I. P.) to impart instructions at Under-graduate level in the field of Pharmacy . Recognition of our efforts by the masses and understanding the job avenues Diploma course in Pharmacy was introduced in the year 2004. Maintaining the pace of expansion and analyzing the deficiency of refined teachers in the zone another milestone was laid in the year 2004 with introduction of “B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Education “(B. S. A. I. E.) offering B. Ed. course. With zeal to contribute the society at large Diploma course in education i.e. D. Ed. was introduced in the year 2005 as limited opportunities for pursuing the course were available in the state.

B. B. A. and B. C. A. job oriented courses were new feathers in the wings of the institute. This journey become endless in 2007 with introduction of yet another milestone in the name and style of “B. S. Anangpuria Institute of Law” for imparting instructions in LL.B.(Hons.) and B. A. LL.B.(Hons.{integrated}) courses.

The campus has thus taken the shape of a multi faculty learning centre and is still in the process of expanding its dimensions. This has only become possible by the strong vision of Seth Om Prakash Gupta , faith of trustees, significant contribution of Sh. Venay Gupta and Sh. Deviya Gupta who have been actively participating in realizing the vision, refined Expert which B.S.A.C.T. fortunately get in the personality of Dr. Babu Singh and also sincere efforts of Principals & Anangpuria family members, who fed the institutes with their hearts and souls and their untiring spirit yearn their desire for perfection in terms of Institutes' achievements. The team of committed pioneers, significant infrastructure, well equipped labs for learning and research are the hallmarks of B. S. Anangpuria Educational Institutes. As a result thereof all our Institutes have excelled. Warm and cordial interpersonal relation stood out as the most marked feature which generates healthy and congenial environment for higher studies in our Institutes.

All the Institutes being run by the Trust are imparting education in accordance with the syllabi of their respective affiliating Govt. Universities and the present intake of these four institutes is sanctioned by their respective Central Councils such as All India Council for Technical Education, National Council for Teachers Education, Bar Council of India and Govt. of Haryana. All the Institutes are the manifestation of excellence in terms of instructions and infrastructure.

Since the path of progress is an endless journey, the Trust is striving incessantly to march forward to accomplish its mission and objectives. Commitment towards the preset objectives is the spirit that has nurtured the four major Institutes in the enclosed campus of 41 acres. Although all the Trustees are active and enthusiastic participants in accomplishing the mission and objectives of Trust yet the persona of its Chairman, Seth Om Prakash Gupta is imbued with energetic spirit of progress for the noble cause of humanity. One who looks at the in exhausting spirit of the Chairman is reminded of the persona of Robert Frost, who says:

"The woods are lovely, dark and deep
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep
