A staff member is appointed as Incharge for grievance handling of reserved category students as per the directives of University of Pune. · A suggestion box has been kept in all departments where students can put their · of management. A standard format of Feedback form is distributed to all students and they are asked to fill up in the class and handover to HOD. Every HOD summarizes the feedback information received. Based on the comments and overall grading given by the students, each HOD does the analysis of data. It is submitted to the Principal for performance review. Concerned staff members are informed about the shortcomings at the time of annual review. A staff union is functioning in the Institute which puts up the problems for consideration suggestions for overcoming their problems.
