Indian institute of information technology allahabad was established by Govt of India. IIITA was established under section 3 of UGC ,1956 wide notification no.F.9-4/99.U3.dated 04.08.2000. govt. of India.
This was established by ministry of HRD , Government of india.IIITA started 4 year B.Tech courses in1999 in Information technology with ECE.
