Registration Forms can be obtained from School Office on payment of Rs.100/- by way of a Bank Draft drawn in favour of Principal, Bhavan's Sawan Public School, New Delhi -110074. Alternatively by, the Admission Form can be downloaded and the duly filled up form can be submitted at the School along with the fee of Rs 100/- along with Registration Fee.
The Admission Test is conducted in the school premises in the month of January for students desiring admission for the succeeding academic year. The test will be follows by an Interview and Medical checkup. In case of non-resident students, admission test can be conducted at the nearest Indian High Commission / Embassy on the same date, for which school authorities are to be informed well in advance.
A Tuck Shop is run as a service by the school. It supplies general items at reasonable prices. Students are served against indent and all cash transactions are forbidden.
Laundry, cobbler, barber and dhobi facilities are available on campus.
The student population of the school is divided among four Houses, Janak, Vshishth. Kabir and Nanak. A Houses Master is in over all charge of each House. He is assisted by tutors who are assigned 15-20 boys each. Each House also has a full time matron/Hostel Supervisor and an attendant. There is a separate house for the junior students (class IV-VI). |
Within the Houses :Spacious, well ventilated and air cooled dormitories with wide corridors form the living quarters. Each student is provided with a cot, a mattress, a wardrobe and a bedside locker. Bathrooms are fitted with showers, geysers and other modern conveniences. The Common Rooms in each house are large and well furnished. Each contains a Television and a Music System along with facilities for playing many indoor games like Chess, Carroms and Table Tennis. It is here that the students get a chance to socialise and entertain themselves. |
