School Fees, Registration & Admission Registration & Admission
Registration for admission is carried out on payment of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) Cash or Bank Draft of any nationalised Bank payable at Kotputli. Please note that registration of student does not automatically entitle the student for admission.

Admission to various classes from pre-nurserry to IX and XI is open to all on merit basis and subject to availability of seats. Admission are made in every year on the basis of entrance test in English; Hindi; Maths; Science & G.K. The Principal's decision in this regard will be final and binding in all respects. Entrance Test are conducted in the school as well as at various places such as Delhi; Gurgaon; Patna; Kolkata; Guwahati; Kathmandu.

Admission is only granted on submitting the mark-sheet as proof of his/her having passed the previous class. The provisional admission is only confirmed when a school leaving certificate from the school last attended. In case certificate is not submitted, the scholar's name will be struck off from the school rolls.

If a student clears the admission test and interview the parent is required to deposit the school fees for the first term immediately, failing which the selection would be treated as cancelled.

Boarders fees are realised in three installments. First installment by 7th April; Second Installment by 7th September; Third Installment by 7th December. After the due date fee shall be accepted with a fine of Rs. 10/- per day for 3 weeks. Thereafter name of student will be struck off from the school rolls. Such student can be readmitted only with an extra re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/-.

Day Scholars fees is realised in four installments on or before the dates mentioned. First installment by 7th April; Second installment by 7th July; Third installment by 7th October; Fourth installment by 7th January.
Any deliberate damage caused by any student to any school property will be made good by charging the cost of damaged property and disciplinary action may also follow.

Mode of Payments

(1) Parents are requested to pay the school fees by cash or crossed demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of 'The Rajasthan School, Kotputli payable at Kotputli on or before the last date.

Payment by cheque or Money order are not accepted
Fees once deposited will not be refunded or transfered. Board examination fee is charged separately.

Fee Policy
(a) The amount deposited towards application form for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year / anywhere else.

(b) The Management reserves the right to revise the fee structure yearly at the beginning of the academic year.

(c) No remission of fee is allowed on account of long absence.

(d) Security deposit will be refunded through an application within three months only after the students leave the school.

(e) If fee is not paid before the specified date, late fee of Rs.10/- will be charged per day for a month ,after that name will be struck off.

Admission procedure
Aspiring students have to appear for an admission test conducted by the school. Seats are fixed and limited and are allotted according to the student’s merit position. There
