Many operating system are available for mobile to computer system
eg: Windows xp/vista/7/8, Linux, Mac os and for server : windows server NT/2008 etc .,
mobile os: Android(widely used os these days), ios (apple), Symbian belle, bada
I recommend windows if the user are new to operate computer system and for regular use.But i prefer Ubuntu which helps to get rid of virus problems and booting time is faster than windows.
