The verdict given by the Delhi C.M. is totally ignorant on the basis of the know-hows and whereabouts of the common man as she seems to be unaware of the day-to-day hardships faced by the middle class, low class and the BPL sections of society!
I agree with Saurabh Singh that when the C.M. is not at all conforming with the current status of the common man in this era of inflation then the survival of 5 beings in just INR 600/- is making a mock out of nothing.
This reminds me of a chapter of French revolution from History; I studied in my matriculation when the hungry mob ran towards the queen for food or any other help she said-“If the people don’t have bread to eat why don’t they eat cakes?”

Its never possible to survive with 600/- pm for 5 persons…have the persons who declared it ever tried it at least for experiment?

its imposible to survive with 600 per month for a family with 5 members…not a single individual member of the family can survive..
