why as many projects not getting beneficial one while we are taking as many preplanning process before starting the projects? and how to get evergreen solution for that?

I think most of the projects are benificial and few projects are only not beneficial.This may be due to the customer lose confidence on the organization because of time delay in delivering the project,labour problem or any software/hardware problems,and some times financial problems also may occur,etc…
The solutions are like being punctual,customer satisfaction,etc.. but there is no evergreen solutions,because the problems are natural one we can reduce them but we can’t stop them permanently

The solutions for these problems are like being punctual,customer satisfaction,avoiding un neccessary interruptions,etc…There is no evergreen solutions for the problems because the problems are natural one, they can be reduced but they can’t be avoided…

projects are taken according to the customer some time befor delivering the old project due to technological advancement new project are assigned so there are many resons
1.due to up gradation of technology
2.due to loss of confidence
3.due to unavailability of resouces
