Absolutely not because its already saturated at this time and right now if we need something then it is definitely skilled personals which can be achieved by grooming the present engineers and making them adequate for accepting any challenge.

yes there is not only need of more jobs but also the better training for the existing engineers.
Engineer has about technical knowledge,so more engineer must be needed,but as well as need more job and also better traning for the existing engineers.

In my opinion we do not require more engineers, rather than we require quality engineers. Most of the companies fall short of quality engineers

more engineers..india’s value for money is so drasticaly over that more budden on currency to give them a job..so a big NO.itz time to go for something else.to try out something new..engineering is saturated
