1.Projects fill out the two forms describing the specific initiative related to improving quality of education.
2.Chapter debates proposal(s) from project(s), nominates ONE project to get the grant and informs asha wide group (QED focus group)
3.QED focus group validates that documentation is complete and provides guidance/feedback/suggestions to fine tune the proposal (by working with project steward and project partner)
4.QED focus group communicates to asha wide treasurer to transfer funds to proposing chapters.
