Primarily meant for the project to articulate their vision for quality of education, and describe how day to day activities reflect the vision. For Asha chapters and stewards, this is meant to be a great tool to understand and discuss improving quality of education at a project. The expectation is that project stewards will actively help the project partner in completing the questionnaire, especially when there are situations like project partner does not understand english, or does not have a computer etc. In order to ensure enough time is available to fill the questionnaire with the seriousness it deserves, the timeline for submitting the QED questionnaire can be extended till March 2011 for projects that need it.
