I’m both. For me, it has always been about what I know. I never moved up from people I knew.. It was my work that did it.
ACCORDING TO ME WHETHER IT IS HARD WORK OR SMART WORK , WE NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON OUR WORK , WITHOUT HARD WORK ,NO ONE CAN ACCOMPLISH THE SMART WORK.
whether any of these work which require concentration , according to me without hardwork there is smart work . we need a both work for sucess.
Hard work can extend to physical heavy work and need more time , but smart need only intelligence and complete the same work in short span of time
hard work means i am involved in the work to complete it , but smart work making others to do the work .

according to my point of view a hard worker is one who is involved in the completion of complete work stuff…but thinks less as compared to a smart worker..a hardworker can take longer time for the completion of a particular work while a smart worker can complete the work even before the allotted time taking some extraordinary steps as he is smart enough.
Hard Work is like a “brute force” technique. You go head on to solve a problem and often times don’t think before putting all your efforts into the task at hand. There is no plan of attack and ultimately you may never know whether you will succeed and
Smart Work is like a “divide and conquer” technique. You plan a course of action such that the task is done in a timely manner and you put in optimal effort. Hence with minimal effort and proper planning, you have more chances of success.
