    This question is full of ambiguity as, is the concept of “X” factor.
    Every job has its requirements & only if your supposed “X” factor matches its criteria, then only you have the reason to rejoice about it.
    I don’t think that a company’s recruiting panel has that much of time to grill you on complete psycho-analysis.

    The X-Factor, of which you gave a mention is not possible to be with everyone still there are chances of an outstanding selection from the mob.
    It doesn’t help.
