Next big Idea 2013 at IIM-B

N S Raghavan cebtre for Entrepreneurial Learning funded by N S Raghavan, the co-founder of Infosys, at IIM-B (Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore) is organising a national business plan competition between 20th may to 22nd may,2013 for the Young entrepreneurs.
the competition is supported and sponsored by the NSTEDB(National Science & technology Entrepreneurship development board) under the supervision of Department of Science and Technology and Intel India will select tthree innovativve teams through the competition.
The top two entries of the competition will get a chance to participate in the management challenge -the Intel Global Challenge to be held at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. The total cost of participation of the two team in the global challenge will be borne by the Intel and Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.
32 teams has been selected for participation in the pre-final rounds by NSRCEL and out of which 10 teams will move ahead to present their plans in the final. The top 3 teams will be selcted among the 10 teams after the battle of their business strategies at the end of the finals and will be announced in June 2013.
“NBI is a national level business plan competitions that provide the students a platform to share their idea , knowledge, thought and blossom up as a young entrepreneurs. The top 2 entries of the competition 'next big idea'2013 will get a chance to participate in the Intel Global Challenge to be held at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley,” NSRCEL said.
NSRCEL’s incubator over the last 10 years has supported 45 fledlings enterprises. The NSRCEL Incubator is open to all entrepreneurs and is sector agnostic.
