Freshers have more enthusiasm ,energy and motivation.They come up with new innovative ideas to the organisation.They do not have the pre-assumptions so they come up and fight the challnges and try to change the things……so i think FRESHERS are better…..

Freshers are more important as they are the coming future of the organisation.They are more enthusiasm than the laterals and always ready to deal with new and challenging work while lateral are habitual of doing same kind of works so they sometimes feel monotony in these concern.
