The shares have been provided to the Retail sector for FDI.. will the decision be helpful, anyhow, to raise the living standards of the general mass by boosting up the per-capita income?

Well, writing for my part; the per-capita income will rise only if the govt. sticks to the plan and the claim it’s making for the openings for employment opportunities!
