Actually, I’d differ by my friend’s views.. appending to the knowledge portion, the interpersonal skills are the next on priority.

Yes Education is a part of activity that is required to get success but it is not the only requirement. If anyone have alot of knowledge of every thing but he lacks the skill of implementing them accurately, then just think what will be the outcome. Success comes from smart working and smart working is achieved by the certain skills along with the education.

One can be successful by using their talent in what they have. As you can see few people who have been toppers in degree etc. Are still unemployed because they have a talent but they are not showing it in what they are doing. Education is important factor but along with it talent, confidence, will power, helping nature, positive attitude and dedicated mind can make an illiterate person an successful man.
