we need soft skills for having a good caareer.but along with that tech..skills should also be given equal importance……but now a dayz soft skills are being given more importance ????? how much correct is dis ???????

technical n soft skills are both needed for successful career. neglecting any 1 of them can be detrimental.
Not more but should be given equal priority because to express your technical skills efficiently, we need the soft skills.
soft skills of a person matters a lot in a technical terms also because your first impression is often judged from the manner you present yourself..and it sometimes proves to be an additional plus point for a person………..

Soft skills amass a great amount of interpersonal communication skills.. even if the person lacks in the technical aspects but is able to successfully and efficiently project whatever issues he/she has to share then the lacking sector is overshadowed by it. This leads to the conclusion that soft skills are having an upper hand now-a-days but technical knowledge is nevertheless very important as if we don’t have anything to speak of.. deliver with.. what are we going to do with exceptional and matchless communication skills.
