It is the result of unrelenting, sustained effort with clear cut focus on all areas that contribute towards making our management graduates ready to take on leadership responsibilities in their new roles:

First, our 70 member strong full time faculty comprises of academics, policy makers, seasoned management leaders and adminstrators. Every one of them is committed to ensuring the curriculum at IMT Ghaziabad is cutting edge and industry relevant. They constantly groom top managers and are regularly involved in executive education – exposing students to the right mix of theory and real world issues.

Second, making management education more complete, IMT Ghaziabad’s faculty have put together a spectrum of more than 100 electives, including foreign languages. The purpose – wholesome education.

Third, with our cutting edge education, we inculcate ethics, introspection and values. Our students understand the importance of attention to details. As they develop into managers, they understand the value of being on time, every time.

Fourth, Our student exchange programme is ranked at number one. With over 70 student exchange tie-ups, our students get the right exposure to work in a multi-cultural environment, with strong emphasis on team-based learning methods.

Lastly, Every one of IMT Ghaziabad’s students is hand-picked. They go through a series of interviews and discussions before they make it through the gates of our institute. Their backgrounds are varied. A large percentage of our students come with work experience in areas such as IT, banking, FMCG, manufacturing, telecom, advertising, etc. Yet they have one goal in mind – to succeed as professionals and individuals.
