nstitute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar the First self-financed college of Rajasthan and promoted by the A.I.S.A.E.R. (All India Society for Advance Education & Research), New Delhi was established in the Year 1998 at Alwar. The Institute was given NOC and approval by the A.I.C.T.E. on 07 July, 1998. Institute obtained affiliation from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur on 04 August, 1998
The mission of the institute is to serve society by promoting Excellence in Education. IET aims to produce sound technical professionals with a temperament of strong logic. For this special efforts are made to groom the students to meet the standards of the industry, both in technical knowledge and soft skills. There is continuous college industry interface. Interactive seminars on emerging technologies are arranged to provide wide range of exposure to students.
The college also conducts personality development programs which enhances the soft skills of students, building up their soft confidence and motivating them to scale new unbound weights of glory.
Training & Placement Cell is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell.
