The Madhya Pradesh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur was established under the Madhya Pradesh Act No. 16 of 2009, the Madhya Pradesh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwa Vidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2009 and established on 3rd November, 2009. Madhya Pradesh Pashu-Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur was established under the Madhya Pradesh Act No. 16 of 2009, the Madhya Pradesh Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwa Vidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2009. The university is well equipped with all modern facility. The university has well equipped, airy and spacious class rooms with all modern facilities. The university has well maintained library with wide range of books collection and journals. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Madhya Pradesh Pashu-Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya in its various departments. Not declared fit to receive Central/UGC assistance under Section 12 (B) of the UGC Act-1956.

Placement

• To impart education in different branches of veterinary and fisheries    and allied sciences as the university may determine
• To provide for the advancement of learning and prosecution of research in veterinary and fisheries sciences and,
• To undertake the extension of such sciences to the rural people in co-operation withthe government departments concerned.
