Vallabh Government College started in the year 1948. Initially, the college started with 70 students in total. Later the college spread its empire of education and started offering courses in Commerce, Arts and Science streams. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in these streams. In November 1998, the college celebrated its Golden Jubilee in which Governor of H.P, C.M. of H.P and many alumnis of college were present. The college also provides many facilities to its students like laboratories eqquiped with modern tools, well furnished classrooms, a well stocked library, book bank, sports and many more.
