Amardeep Singh Shergill Memorial College was established in 1994 with the aim of imparting quality education to the aspirants of the Punjab state. It is a constituent college of G.N.D.U. Amritsar. The institution was established in the memory of Amardeep Singh Shergill, who was a bright student of London School of Economics. The college offers five P.G. courses namely M.C.A., M.B.A., M.A.(Economics), M.A.(Philosophy) and M.Sc.(IT). It also offers B.A, B.C.A, B.Com. and B.Sc. courses in Medical, Non-Medical, Fashion Designing, Computer Science and Economics.
