Arts and Commerce Girls Mahavidyalaya was established in 1982 by Sindh Sewa Mandal, Raipur. The college is permanently affiliated to Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University. The college offers graduate courses in Arts, Commerce, Science and Home Science and postgraduate courses in Psychology, Economics, Hindi, Sociology, Commerce and Home Science subjects. The college is also recognized as a Research Centre for three subjects namely Psychology, Home Science and Hindi. The college is recognized as a highly popularized college by Government and UGC(University Grant Commission, New Delhi.
