Belonia College, presently known as Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar College is one of the oldest college in Tripura state. It is eastablished in 22 may 1964. The college was affiliated to Calcutta University. Later, after the establishment of Tripura University, the college got affiliated to this university. The college has been accredited by NAAC and was awarded grade 'B'. The college also provide distance education. In addition to this, college also provides many facilities to its students like a well stocked library, hostel facility, NCC/NSS, laboratories eqquiped with modern instruments and many more.
