It was established in the year 1964 which is affiliated to University of Calicut. It is one of the best and premier institute which has the aim of imparting high quality education in Kerala region. It offers 12 under graduate and 7 post graduate courses to the students. The department of Hindi in this college is considered as a research center. It provides highly qualified and experienced faculty for the best teaching of students. It has approximately 78 faculty members and 33 technical and administrative staff and around 1500 students atre enrolled in this college. This college develops an atmospharefor curricular as well as co-curricular activities. The collegr has well established infrastructure including various modern facilities for the comfort of students for their bright future. The vision of this college is to impart high quality education without social discrimination. It's mission is to i8dentyfy slow learners and provide them coaching to improve their skills.
