Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu was established in the year 1905. Initially, the college was known as Prince of Whales College. The college started with 26 students on its roll. The college offers graduate(3 years) course in Science stream and post graduate(2 years) course in English and Geology. The college also provides many facilities to its students like hostel facility, women study center, canteen, medical facility, a well stocked library, insurance, sports, anti-ragging, career counselling and many more.
