The TAP has to its credit of organizing various need-oriented training programs to the students in the 3^rd year. They include motivation lectures, refresher courses, practical workshops on group discussion, interview facing techniques, personality development and soft skills. The TAP conducts tests on various topics like technical, analytical reasoning, puzzle solving, C, aptitude etc. at regular intervals. The senior students take active role in training and helping their juniors. Also, experts /faculty from different organizations are drawn to train the students.
