Placement

Ramachandra College of Engineering has a well structured Training and Placement cell which is an integral part of the Institute. The institute provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the Training and Placement cell. Training activities are carried out throughout the year at regular intervals. The Training and Placement cell always aims in striving towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes.

It is committed to enrich the students potential and to provide all possible assistance to the under graduates and post graduates to find employment in the renowned companies. T&P cell is headed by Training and Placement Officer and is well supported by both faculties as well as student placement coordinators from all the departments. The main objective of T&P cell is to assist the students by arranging pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, personal interviews, Role-plays, JAM sessions etc.
