Royal College of Technology, Indore a premier College of the region was founded in the year 2006. The College is approved by AICTE and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University of M.P. Bhopal & Devi Ahilya University, Indore. In its short span of 4 years, Royal College of Technology has developed into a premier engineering college with its state of the art infrastructure, faculty and facilities. This department is organized under a T&P officer, under whom there are department-wise officers and student reps who handle training and placements. RCG is known all over India and abroad as provider of dynamic & talented engineers to the industries.           Objectives: To Organize the Campus recruitment programs for B.E., MBA & M.Ed. candidates. To provide at least one job to every student. T & P Activities

Around 100+ companies visit RCG for conducting recruitments; there is a policy of offering THREE jobs to any/every student. First job in Software Companies, Second job in Core Companies and Third job is as dream job& is open to all the students. Students who are placed in Software company, he / she is also allowed to appear for the core company. Students once placed in Core Company, he or she is not allowed to appear for another core company. For the Dream job option, students already placed in software as well as in core companies, are allowed to appear. In Dream job --companies had certain criteria to appear. eg- Excellent track record/CGPA etc.
