Placement

 Placement and Training Cell - 

Our students are motivated, high achievers and have been nurtured and equipped as future-ready Engineers for a cross-continental environment. They invariably attract a wide array of blue chip recruiters year after year.

In the journey towards excellence, many milestones were also set by the Department of Placements in terms of “Quality and Quantity “. The excellent infrastructure of the Institute facilitates different activities of placement like pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews as per the requirements of the organizations. The consistent placement record illustrates the commitment to the success of the Institute.

Final campus placement process at RIMT starts from October/November. The 'Placement Season' is triggered off on Day Zero. Time slots are allocated to organizations to conduct their recruitment process depending upon their previous relationships with the institute and the preferences of the students. "Head Placements, RIMT" coordinates the schedule.

Summer projects process for selecting junior batch students commences in March/April. Companies are invited to campus or obtain CVs to short list candidates for summer placements.

RIMT continuously achieves an enviable and outstanding placement record with an ever widening range of multi-national and national companies recruiting from campus for final placements and summer placements.

RIMT has almost 100% job placement record. Students have no trouble finding coveted positions in reputed corporate and business houses that visit the campus every year, offering an excellent salary package on par with international standards.
