The SIT campuses are located in the suburb of the calm town, Ongole. They are just 5 km away from Ongole and they are on the National Highway No. 5 towards Nellore. It takes only ten minutes to reach the campuses from the Ongole APSRTC bus-station and only seven minutes from the ongole Railway-station.
