Sri Raghavendra Institute of Science and Technology (SRIST), Nellore is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. It was established in 2008 with a grand mission and noble vision. The vision of SRIST is to create professionally superior and ethically strong global manpower. To impart quality Engineering Education to meet the Technological advances and Industrial requirements matching with Global Standards. Their quality policy is to develop highly skilled human resources with the ability to adapt to an intellectually and technologically changing environment with the participative efforts of the management, staff, students and parents.

SRIST is renowned for lush green lawns and well planned internal roads with excellent infrastructure, state of art labs in all of its disciplines. College is having total built-up area 1,12,180 Sft currently.

 

Placement

Training and placement cell is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. A full fledged career guidance & placement training cell is constituted to train the students for better career opportunities right from the first year of the course. The cell has a dedicated team of experts to work on the placement requirements of the students. The team ensures that each and every passing out student has been placed in reputed companies in and out of the state. Students are encouraged to exhibit not only good academic performance but also to develop good personality traits to enhance their placement /career/entrepreneurial opportunities. Feed back from students is taken to assess the quality of teaching of the faculty and general functioning of the college.
