Sun College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 1999 by the ACP education trust, Nagercoil. The college is located in a sprawling campus of 110 acres in a beautiful highland locality with an elegant background of hills. We have permanent buildings with a total built up area of 50,000 sqm accommodating lecture halls, laboratories, staff rooms, libraries and workshop in six independent four storeyed buildings.

An administrative building with a plinth area of 300sqm proposed to be constructed this year. We have completed ten years in providing quality education. Our college has made great strides in terms of infrastructure facilities. We are now able to compete with the most reputed technical institutions
 

Placement

The college has a full-fledged placement and training division and is headed by an Industry experienced Placement and Training Officer. The function of this Department is mainly to promote industry-institution interaction for the benefit of the students to carry out their in plant raining and to undertake project work as apart of their educational requirements.
