Being a student of this prestigious institution from 1981-85, it gave me the directive, path, technical knowledge and the courage to struggle. I had a chance to work in world leaders in producing Primary Aluminum Smelters like Nalco and now working in Aluminum Bahrain and I fully owe them to the guidance I got from the college. We at VSSUT believe that just being a pragmatist is not enough, one must understand foundational topics at the conceptual level and be able to make the practical implementations of these. Apart from the sound technical skills with the students are imparted with, he/she is made to face diverse situations which incorporates in them valuable attributes like team building, leadership, etc. along with these they are made to practice entrepreneurial and managerial skills at grass-root level.
