Admissions for all classes for every academic year will commence from middle of April to middle of June the school prospectus together with necessary forms can be obtained from the school office. ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR LKG & UKG The admissions for the students of LKG & UKG will be given during all working days from mid April to mid July (after an oral test for UKG) ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES I TO IX All students will have to appear for an Achievement test in English, Mathematics (and science for Grade VIII and IX) to qualify for admission. As a matter of policy we do not admit students in Grade X .The test will be held in the school on any convenient day between March and June Every year. Admission will be confirmed only after assessing the performance of the child in the written test and a personal interview with the respective Head of the Department .On Confirmation of admission you will be required to submit a conduct certificate from the previous school. The question papers will be based on the general syllabus, not on the current textbooks. Kindly note that the child should be at least 5+ of age for admission in Std I. We do admit children during the middle of the academic year in the same class in which the child is studying in the previous school. FOR INTER-STATE CANDIDATES It is very important that both parents and authorized guardian of the student should visit the school for signing the documents and also to ascertain the facilities offered by the school. No other person other than own parents and guardians whose names and signature appear in the application from will be allowed to take out the children from the school. It is also important that the boarder child is prepared mentally to join a boarding school .There is an “Important notice” regarding this, kept together with the other forms in the prospectus for careful perusal of the parent .We would like to ensure that both parents and children are absolutely happy with the school rules and regulations, system of functioning etc. Our aim is to see that every child is happy once he or she joins the school and we expect the same from the parents also. We will not admit any child unless the father / mother or a responsible person from the family visits the school. Projects relevant to the topics of a subject are designed by the concerned subject teachers and carried out according to the projects schedule programmed at the very beginning of the academic year. This helps the students to acquire the much needed creativity and realistic practical knowledge. The students record their project and make a paper collage of it. The best four of them are displayed on the Bulletin Board. Field Trips & Enquiry Based Learning In Enquiry Based learning(EBL) the students go to the places they want to learn about such as the study of the functions of the bank ,the post office, study of procedure of making plastic water bottles, the study of farming, study of making gardens and maintenance, the study of wormy culture, e.t.c.

Techni-class A/C Digital theatre under the supervision of INTEL Master Trainer had been setup to achieve targeted students learning objectives; teachers prepare a presentation based on a lesson taught in the class. The presentation consists of video clips, clip arts, pictures, animations, graphics etc. Teachers ensure that content is primary focus in the presentation and also consider the age of the student for whom they are preparing the presentation. After the presentation is over, an objective test is conducted in order to know the level of understanding of the students. This test helps the teacher to know or identify the students who have understood the topic and who have not. This plays an important role in Audio Visual Learning (AVL).
