Gonna Institute of Information Technology and Sciences (GIITS), Visakhapatnam was established in 2009 by Sri Veera Jagannadh Educational Society. The college is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The college was established with a single-minded aim of giving students a perfect platform to build their future in the field of science and engineering.
The college aime to strive for academic excellence and holistic development of emerging professionals is the motto.
