It is managed by Prabhas Educational and Wellfare Society who has the aim or who is working for promoting the education in the region South-West Delhi. It offers 2 year full time Diploma in Elementory Teacher Education and 2 year full time Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education. It is recognized by NCTE (National Council for Techer Education) and it is affiliated to State Council for Educational Research and Training New Delhi. This society was registered in 1989 with the aim of providing quality education in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
