The kerala agriculture university is to provide human resources and skill on technology required for the development of technology.It mainly concentrate on animal husdandry,forestry and fishery.

                                 The research initiatives undertaken in the University are focused on increasing the productivity of crops, livestock and fish currently grown in the state.

                               Establishment of this university is the milestone of the agriculture development in the state.The unversity conducts research on diffrent types of agriculture feilds in regular intervals.About 700 research projects are currently in progress.
