	Act as a think-tank and help translate government goals, objectives and policy priorities in climate change and environmental management Reform agenda into tangible policy and climate change adaptation actions by AP. Provide technical support and advisory services to state, municipal, local governments, national and international organizations in the areas of climate change and environment. Create a knowledge hub and document best industry practices and models in climate change and environmental management. Create and house technology and GIS enterprise in climate change and environmental management. Provide a platform for Industry and others for carbon trading and carbon credits modeling and provide environmental economic models for adaptation by Industry and other agencies.
