Padmasri Dr. B.V.Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT) was established by the eminent philanthropist (Late) Padmabhushan Dr. B.V. Raju under the aegis of Sri vishnu educational society in the year 1997.  This institute is also looked after by a body of distinguished professionals from IITs, engineering and government sectors, led by Sri. k.v.vishnu raju, managing director, Anjani portland cement limited. He is a graduate in chemical engineering from REC, trichy and a postgraduate from michigan technological university, USA.

        The purpose of establishing BVRIT was to provide quality technical education and a perfect ambience for the all round development of a student. Under the hegemony of our present chairman, Sri k.v.vishnu raju, BVRIT made a quantum leap in its reputation for its best teaching – learning practices, high quality intake, excellent infrastructure facilities, highest number of placements, etc.

Placement

The Training & placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its students in their efforts to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full time professor in charge. The benefits of this assistance are reflected in the preparation of students who were able to secure lucrative and esteemed positions in recent years. The Training & Placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Staffs are available to respond to student's question and concern of all kinds. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search.
