Sister Care College of Nursing is situated in Gunture,district of Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 2003.The college is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijaywada. It is approved by Indian Nursing Council and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The college of nursing belives that nursing is a service, which relates to the whole person through ministry of caring for the sick and suffering.The unique characteristic of nursing education in this institution is that nurses are prepared with spiritual,psycological,moral,social and physical growth based on the principles of humanity.

The aims of this educational programme is application of curriculum to provide and educational experience through which the graduate nurse will be prepared to asume responsibility in primary, secondary and tertiary care of people as a professional nurse, and capable of teaching and supervising nursing care in different settings and participate in the administration of nursing service and education.
