Jubilee Hills Public School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (Affiliation No. 130071) since 1991. Established in 1986, the Jubilee Hills Public School, sponsored by "Jubilee Hills Education Society" has achieved significant results in providing high quality education at the Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary levels. JUBILEE HILLS PUBLIC SCHOOL is located in sprawling area of 6 acres for the school to provide much-needed educational facilities to the public under a neighborhood school concept. With a humble beginning in 1986, and with unrelenting efforts, unified minds, selfless dedication and philanthropic outlook of the management and progressive individuals the Jubilee Hills Public School was created. Today the school provides highest quality education and now caters to about 2500 + students from Kindergarten, through Class XI and very shortly till Class XII and is assisted by a highly qualified 130+ Teaching personnel. ESTABLISHMENT The Infrastructure and Facilities at JUBILEE HILLS PUBLIC SCHOOL can be rated by all standards. ADMISSION PRODEDURE Application forms will be issued by the school office for the classes where the seats are available, on payment of the prescribed fee. Timings - between 10-00 a.m. and 3-00 p.m. on the dates notified. LKG : December / January Classes I - IX : Subject to vacancies. Enquiries will be entertained around January. Completed application forms should be submitted with all the enclosures and prescribed registration fee on or before the date specified by the School. The Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for any other purpose. Mere Registration is no guarantee for admissions. Age for admissions: LKG : 3 years + UKG : 4 years + Class I : 5 years + The age is reckoned as on 31st May of the year of admission. Documents to be submitted Certificate of birth issued by the Muncipal Corporation / authorized body Transfer Certificate with relevant entry of Date of Birth for admission into Class II and above. In case of inter state transfer, student must produce the TC duly countersigned by the Inspecting officer/DEO in respect of State syllabus schools and by the Regional officer for CBSE schools. The original certificate in support of the date of birth shall however be submitted to the school compulsorily at the time of admission, which will be verified and returned. Passport size photographs duly affixed on the form. Selection of candidates: Children of LKG will be selected on the basis of interaction with the child and their parents. Candidates of UKG to IX will be selected on the basis of interaction with students & Parents. The decision of the school authorities shall be final and binding. Withdrawals Once admitted, withdrawal of the student will be permitted only after a clear calender month's notice or payment of relevant term fee, besides clearance of dues, other than regular fee for issuing Transfer Certificate. Applications for the Transfer Certificate relating to withdrawals for the next academic year must be submitted not later than 31st March. Any applications received thereafter will be charged for 1st Term tuition fees of the subsequent academic year. Applications received for such withdrawals after this date will attract the provisions of payment of all the usual fee or fee charged at the time of re-opening of the school, as the case may be. The student's name will be struck off from the rolls on the following grounds without any notice. Spacious Class Rooms A congenial atmosphere is created with spacious and well furnished class rooms, good moving space, facilities to stack the books of the students etc. The number of students per section too is maintained meticulously, so as to ensure personal attention. JHPS Class rooms are Computerised with the Interactive boards, LCD Projcetors and a computer. School is providing extensive educational software content for a good quality education which predominantly establishes the student as a global citizen. CANTEEN School canteen is an integral part of the school environment and complements the important role of parents in the provision and promotion of healthy food. As, school canteens have a special role to play in the education, health and well-being of the students and school communities that they serve. Our school canteen maintains high standards of hygiene in handling, preparing, serving and storage of food. Variety of nutritious and attractively presented food and drinks are available at school at reasonable cost. A supervisor and a cleaner help out in maintaining cleanliness of the canteen. STATIONERY Prescribed text books and note books are made available at the school through book sellers at reasonable prices and are sold at the end of the academic year for the ensuing year. ABACUS Abacus training is also given for our school pupils to make children understand basic operations of math by visualization instead of mere routine learning. It has a simple explanation of how to use the Abacus to teach math. Abacus training helps children to retain concepts efficiently and become proficient in calculations. It also helps them to enhance their mental ability.
