Rani Jai Higher Secondary School

Rani Jai Higher Secondary School is an educational institution in North Kerala, situated at Niramalagiri barely a mile away from Kuthuparamba, Kannur district. The school has classes from lower kindergarten to standard 12 and follows the Kerala syllabus in English medium

The foundation of the school is interconnected with the adjacent college; Nirmalagiri college. The college was initially a women college under the diocese of Thalassery. The Homescience department of that college felt a need of nursery school to train their students in teaching, thats how Rani Jai Higher Secondary School started very humbly in 1972. It started admission to 1st standard in 1974 and since then the staff is powered by SABS (Sisters of Adoration of Blessed Sacriments). The first batch of SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) exam passed out in 1987 securing 100% success to school. The school has the strength of more than 3,000 students now.
Medium of education is hindi,malayam and english.

First you have to fill the application form according to your class for admission.
admission for nursery will be taken only upto age of 4 not more than that.
then we have written test.
then after clearing written test children for pre classes will be given admission and children for higher classes will be called for interview.
agter clearing interview then admission will be given.
for higher classes you should have 60% in your previous class.

It provides many facilities like bus,van,computer lab,play ground, science lab and many facilities.
It also provides some extra curriculum activities like dance,music, karate, yoga.
