Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

For Officer (Human Resources)

• Maximum Age: 25 years as on 1^st June 2014

For Asst. Manager (Human Resources)

• Maximum Age: 28 years as on 1^st June 2014

2. Educational Qualification

• Candidates having 1^st class graduation degree in MSW/MBA with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations are eligible to apply for this post.
• Candidates having 1^st class in PG degree / PG Diploma with specialization in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University will be more preferred.
• Pass class in the above disciplines will be considered for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are also eligible to apply for this post.
