Banasthali University Engineering 2014 Entrance Exam Details

Applications are invited by the Banasthali University for admission to undergraduate engineering (B.Tech) programs being offered at the University for the commencing session 2014-15. All admission will be strictly made on the basis of entrance exam conducted on 31^st May 2014, Saturday by the University. Interested applicants will have to register themselves for entrance before 30^th April 2014 without late fee payment.

Eligibility Criteria for Banasthali University Engineering 2014

• Candidates with minimum aggregate of 60% marks in PCM for General/ OBC classes.
• Relaxation of 10% is allotted to the candidates belonging to reserved classes.
• Applicants who fail to appear in the Aptitude Test will not be considered under any circumstances.

Exam Pattern for Banasthali University Engineering 2014 Entrance

• Mode of Exam: paper based examination
• Medium of Exam: English
• Duration of exam: 3 hours
• No of questions: 100 (MCQs)
• Negative Marking: For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and 1/4 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer

The components of the test will include

• Section A - Physics & Chemistry: 40 questions
• Section B - Mathematics/ Biology: 40 questions
• Section C - Logical Reasoning: 20 questions
