Delhi University form sales go down on Day 4

 The rush for forms at Delhi University has mellowed down with only , 8033 forms being sold to general / OBC category on saturday. For the first time that process began on Wednesday , the forms sold in a day to be sold in this category was less than 10,000. However, the total number of forms sold has reached to the category of 1,00,372. DU sold 1927 forms to the SC/ST persons with disability (PWD) category on saturday and 6612 forms were only submitted.  There were 82,000 online registeration till 5 pm on saturday of these 33,000 were paid ones.  DU's official website changed again and additional eligibility criteria were reposted.

 

Meanwhile, gathering information is still proving to be a task for most applicants. The university launched the mobile application which is not proving to be a much help. Sukhmeen Cheema, counsellor at the Indian schools says, The site should guide about one about admission . I don't see the point in downloading the app which uses so much of phone memory and yet it is of no help. It just gives you the entire content of the website. 

 

The conversion of physoclogy honours course into Btech has confused the students and phycologists alike. On a social media page for phycology graduates, professional phycologists and counsellor member ask a subject of human behavoiur can be studied under technical courses . Even up more students sign up for it , the protest for four year undergraduates courses continues . Prem Singh , a hindi teacher at DU ended up his three days fast at Raj Ghat with an appeal to the Vice Chancellor to defer FYUP . 

 

Vice - Chancellor , Dinesh Singh however dismissed all the queries related to FYUP assuring the people that  the university officials is responsilbe for planning and implementation for the courses of now what are they doing.
