Challan can be downloaded from the university website www.dhsgsu.ac.in

Hard copy (two copies) of application along with copy of paid SBI challan should be sent to the Chairman, Admission cell, Dr HS Gour University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, by registered/speed post latest by 20th April, 2012
