1. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 52 years (E-7)
- Maximum Age: 50 years (E-6)
- Maximum Age: 48 years (E-5)
- Maximum Age: 45years (E-4)

2. Educational Qualification
- For General Manager: Candidates with graduation or equivalent in any discipline are eligible to apply for this post.
- For Addl. General Manager: Candidates with graduation or equivalent in any discipline are eligible to apply for this post.
- For Deputy General Manager: Candidates with graduation or equivalent in any discipline are eligible to apply for this post.
- For Senior Manager: Candidates with graduation in Engineering or equivalent / Post Graduate degree are eligible to apply.
